The process of energy transition in Vietnam is estimated to last for 25 years, according to Professor Minh Ha-Duong, an international expert on energy, development and environment. This long-run process can compare with the economic development in Vietnam to go from low income to middle income. To shorten the period, international collaboration on energy transition with the frontiers is a must-do, especially in developing technology.
